Dry carbon dioxide bath is a method of applying gaseous carbon dioxide to the body in a sealed polyethylene bag. Absorption of the gas through the skin improves tissue perfusion, thereby accelerating healing and regeneration processes.

Treatment Process:

The spa attendant escorts the client into the cabin and asks them to undress to their underwear. The client lies on a lounge chair, and the attendant slides them into the polyethylene bag, which is then filled with carbon dioxide. After the specified time, the attendant helps the client carefully out of the bag to avoid inhaling the released CO2.

Main Indications:

Arterial hypertension, ischemic heart disease, diabetes mellitus with circulation disorders, venous insufficiency, pressure ulcers, poorly healing wounds.

Main Contraindications:

Severe anemia and polycythemia, severe heart failure, severe coronary sclerosis, dangerous bleeding conditions.
